Service Information
Client
requesting services from Master Design Solutions (MDS) may register
online or by phone. After registering for services, the client will be asked
to provide
information necessary for MDS to complete the service requested. This information will be solely
used by MDS and will aid us in the designing and completion of the
project. If client would like the submitted articles
returned, client must include with the submission a prepaid, self addressed
envelope. Once the prospective project is reviewed, MDS
will give an estimated cost and date of completion. If client approves,
MDS and client will enter into a contractual
agreement. All services require a 10% deposit of total service amount before
we can begin. The balance will be due after the service is complete. The
client will then pay in full or choose a payment plan (6% interest will
accrue). Final project will be released upon client’s approval. Shipping and
handling fees may apply.
Website Requirements
Domain Name
Registration:
Domain name registration is the first step of Web Development. We do not
provide web domain names for clients. All clients seeking a Web Development
Service from Master Design Solutions should have a domain name already
purchased. However, if a client would like assistance in acquiring a Domain
name, Master Design Solutions can aid in that process. Domain names can
be purchased as low as $9.00 from various online vendors. Domain name
registration is valid for 1 year or more.
Web
Hosting:
Every
Website is published on a Server for people to view it on the Internet. We do not
provide web hosting for clients at this time. We do help our clients find a
Web Hosting Company that will meet the client’s needs. Prices for web hosting
varies depending on the package the customer intend to buy. Generally, prices
start at $7.00 per month.
Web
Content:
The client must submit information on CD regarding the history, mission
statement, services provided and graphics such as logo and pictures if
applicable. Pictures should have high resolution for best quality.
Graphic Design
Requirements
CD/DVD Cover Design:
Client wanting CD/DVD cover design must submit Photos (high resolution
preferred), Lyrics, Bios, Credits, and etc. Information should also include
suggestions for cover design, theme and fonts. Samples of the project will be
emailed to the client for his or her input. The final project will be shipped
to the manufacturer for printing upon client’s approval.
Brochure/Poster
Design: Client
should submit high-resolution pictures on CD. Client must also submit text
information to be included in the brochure or Poster. Samples of the project
will be emailed to the customer for suggestions. The final project will be
shipped to the manufacturer for printing upon client’s approval.
Video Production
Requirements
Promo Video/Professional
Presentation:
Client wanting a Promo Video or Professional
presentation must submit video clips (following formats accepted: wmv, mpeg,
flash and DVD), images and information about the nature of the promotional
video. Samples of the project will be viewed on our Website
www.masterdesignsolutions.com. The
client must register with
MDS
in order to view video samples online. Project samples will be password
protected; only the client will have access to the project online. The final
project will be shipped to the customer upon approval. Shipping and handling
fees may apply.
Software Development
Requirements
Client must submit software specifications. The
specification will have step-by-step information regarding the intended use of
software service requested. All software products are customized based on the
client’s needs. You can submit a hard copy or email the specification to
